No fines were issued.

Meeting called to order: 6:45pm 

  1. Treasurer’s report – no change to financials from last month…with the exception of Road Rally commitments to be resolved.  Total intake from the rally:  $4,892 (Silent Auction), $445 (Raffle), $3,760 (Ticket Sales).
  1. Road Rally issues:  1) Oakland Yard food issues, 2) Headcount issues, 3) Wallers and Johnsons never got the opportunity to get food during the rally.  Reimburse the families for their involvement.  Club participation: for assistance during event needs to be distributed among the club.  Assign shifts for the event?  $50.00 gift certificate to Outback Steakhouse for the Johnson and Waller family was motioned (L. Carpenter).  Schreefel (Second).  Motion carried.
  1. Approval of April minutes.  Motion to approve the minutes (L. Carpenter).  Second (L. Loza).  Motion carried.
  1. Coach interviews.  Walter Wilbanks.  Motion to appoint as ’96 Boys Coach (H. Schreefel), Second (L. Carpenter).  Motion carried.
  1. Tryout meeting June 7, 2004.  Sync up.  6:30PM.  Parks & Rec meeting.  Tryout format discussions and selection of younger teams.  Tryout registration process and uniform selection meeting.  Motion $350 for corrugated signs (L.Loza), Second (T. Doyon).  Motion carried.
  1. Warrior Water update.  Pallet of water is in.  Case:  24 bottles.  $.50/bottle.  $12.00 case.  Teams may pickup from Gordon Food Service (GFS) on M-59.  
  1. Memorial Day parade.  May 31st.  Rally at Burke's Lumber at 09:00am.  Wear Warrior jerseys and clothing.  Candy to throw to spectators and tryout fliers will be present.
  1. (D. White) Referee training to enhance call making ability.  Doug to collect information on costs for classes for referees.
  1. Discussion (M. Krupiak).  Club registration costs.  New proposal.
