The Warrior girls played in their first sanctioned tournament as a full team on Labor Day Weekend 2003. August 29, 30, and 31 saw teams from all over Michigan, lower Canada, and other regions travel to play in this tournament held in downtown Romeo during their annual Peachfest celebration.
The Lady Warriors won two of their games (against Troy and WSC-Lapeer) and lost a heartbreaker to the team from Saline (we would like to play that one again). All-in-all it was a great experience and the team left the event as better players and friends.
